At Printing Support, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: We do not accept returns for items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Digital Downloads.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. These include:

  • Opened ink cartridges or toner
  • Used printer paper or opened reams
  • Special-order or customized items
  • Gift cards
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@printing-support.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Refund amount may be adjusted for items returned in a used or damaged condition

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@printing-support.com . Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
