At Printing Support, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery for all orders placed on our website.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. 
  • Delays: In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances (such as supply shortages or weather delays), processing may take longer. We will notify you via email if your order is affected.

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and shipping carrier information. You can use this to track your package until it arrives.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most locations within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery time, contact us. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to locate the package or arrange a replacement/refund. 

6. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
  • Refunds (if applicable) may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Once the tracking shows the package as delivered, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery confirmation.
